Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears that you are having some lack of physiotherapy. After prolonged rest your limbs will forget how to perform things like walking. There is a possibility of the lack of energy as well.
I advise you to consult a physiotherapist for treatment.
Keep your limbs in work as far as possible.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to make you more energitic.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
