Could My Early Periods A Symptom Of Implantation Bleeding?

My periods are usually pretty regular and short where i take birth control ,however about a week and a half - 2 weeks ago i started bleeding and it shouldnt have started until yesterday or today. Its very light and a brownish color , with no cramps or anything. It has been going on ever since except for a day or two inbetween it stoped. I googled it and mostly what i found was it could be implantation bleeding, or aslo i found it could be from a change in diet . Im kinda stressing about it.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The light and brownish bleeding almost in the middle of the cycle is not suggestive of an implantation bleeding. It is more likely to be due to a mild hormonal imbalance or a breakthrough bleeding.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
