Could Missed Periods While Lactating And Diagnosed Bulky Uterus Indicate Pregnancy?

hi, i m laila..i m 29 years old n having 2 daughters both deliver through c section..my little daughter is 15 month old..my periods get started when she was 7 month old but that were irregular i mean 2 times in a month..this process was remained for 3 months n then my periods get stopped.she is now 15 month old n i have no periods.i have pregnancy but its negative..i went 2 my gynae doctor.she has done an ultrasoung of my uterus.she told me that i have bulky uterus...an other most important thing is that i m a lactating mother too.now i m worried that can i conceive again?is this dangerous?

It could be due to so many reasons and if your pregnancy test is negative than there is no chance of pregnancy in your case.
