If you had unprotected sex and your periods are late, then there is a chance that you may be pregnant. White thick discharge is not a sign of pregnancy. My advice for you is to wait for a week for your menstrual period, if you do not get your periods by then, repeat a urine pregnancy test. The test will give a accurate result about your pregnancy status by then.
