Could Internal Hemorrhoids Be The Cause For Complete Evacuation Of Feces ?

For years, I have been unable to clean my rectum after a BM. Wiping/Washing/enemas to no avail. Could my internal hemm
roids be the reason for the complete evacuation of feces? I always cover my rectum with toilet paper to protect my undergarments.

HI. Internal hemorrhoids can not be the reason. This looks to be incontinence and needs to be seen by a surgeon to decide the degree and nature/ cause.
