hello.im25 year old .married 5 yearsago with 1 daughter 4yearold and was delivered normally.i had a missed abortion at 9+weeks 1 1/2 year ago.we are trying for conception for last 1 year i also took clomid for my last three cycles.but no out come.now doc advised me to perform some infertility test .according to HVS test report im infected also pelvic pathology ultrasound shows that i have multiple fibroids(myomas)both subserosal and submucosal in ant+post wall of my uterus.largest one is 15.0mm seen in post wall .uterus surface and contour is irregular also bulky and retroverted.both ovaries are normal.please help me out .i dont want surgeryat all.cause we badly need babies in future so this surgery gonna harm my uterus and other complications.i feel swell tummy . i s there any medications available to me in pakistan and also tell home remedies and cures in this regard so that i may able to reduce them and remove them forever.i am waiting for ur reply.thanx.hannia
