Could I Be Pregnant With Frequent Urination,dizziness And Food Cravings?

yes i have a bicornuate uterus and i got my tubes tied jan 16,2010 i had a period april28,2011 was suppose to start may 26 ended up starting the 30th of may and im usually a 28 day cycle it lasted 3 days instead of 4 and im still having pregnancy symptoms, urination, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, lower back pain, colostrum out of my breast sometimes,mood swings, food cravings,etc could i be pregnant. please help

hi. it seems you are concerned about having missed periods and fear of being pregnant. I would suggest you to get urine pregnancy test done. And also a ultrasound scan.
It could be premenstrual syndrome - various symptoms that one can have before onset of menses,
Another possibility is to rule out rise in the levels of Serum Prolactin, a hormone ; which could be the cause of breast secretions.
