Could Dry Mouth With Cold Sore Under The Lip After Having Oral Sex With Woman With HIV Be Infection?

Hello, I had oral sex with a woman that has HIV (which I wasn t informed) and she also gave me oral... I had a condom on but that broke open but I pulled out in seconds when I felt it pop (again not knowing that she had the virus). This happened 4 days ago and I m am stressed out, my mouth is drier than normal (or my mind is playing tricks on me and my mouth could have been this way all the time) and the next day I woke up with a cold sore under the bottom of my lip....PLEASE HELP ME

hello there, im an oral diagnostician, what symptoms u r telling looks like herpes labialis,, either ways get yourself tested at the earliest..dnt get stressed,, drink lots of water for your dryness of the mouth and apply topical antiviral if h labialis..hope this helps..take care
