Is Dry Mouth A Symptom Of Acute HIV Infection?

Hello Doctor,
I had a sexual intercource about 17 days back, yester day i developed dry mouth. Is dry mouth a symptom of acute HIV infection that can occure within 2-4 weeks period. also I felt like minor fever but my thermometer couldnot catch it. Please advise as I am tensed

there are numerous other manifestations also...
dry mouth can be due to many other reasons also...
better do get yourself examined by a doctor and clarify your doubts..
