Could Dizziness, Fatigue, Sore Neck And Shoulder Be Due To Erratic Sleep Pattern?

My husband is at work and not feeling well. His current resting heart rate is 94 bpm. He is dizzy, fatigued, sore in the neck and shoulder, and he says his face feels hot. I m unaware of his BP at this time. He is 41 and mildly active. His sleep patterns are erratic.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
The symptoms that you are stating are all suggestive of increased stress. Probably the erratic sleep and excess work has led to the stress. He need take some time off and have a good sleep. He needs to start taking time off for exercises and spend some time for a hobby or with family.
The other possibility is that he could be developing a viral fever and you need to watch for fever.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
