Could Discharges With Severe Cramping Be Due To An Early Miscarriage?

i am 6 weeks pregnant, EDC 1/16 and on 1/25 i thought i was getting my period early, but it was more brown than anything, but i did have severe cramps. it lasted about a week. could i have had an early miscarriage? i had an emergency c- section almost 10 months ago.

Yes this could be early miscarriage. Go for usg. Take progesterone and repeat test after 1 week.
