Could Dark Spots On Bottom Leg And Calf Be Indicative Of Diabetes?
I have dark spots on my bottom leg and in my calf it s hard and hole like systems on my calf...does this mean am diabetic...my feet n ankles swell from time to time in the summer...these dark spots were not on my leg or calf last year they just pop up months ago

It could be a manifestation of diabetes, but it may also be a sign of congestive heart failure. In either case I suggest you see a doctor for a HbA1c blood test, ECG and possibly an echo.
