Could Cervical Spondylosis Cause Ache In Legs And Arms?

I have had a lumbar fusion 18 months ago, and have recovered well from that, but I have cervical spondylosis. This has caused various symptoms, one of which is awful aching arms, especially during the night, which disturbs my sleep. For the last few weeks, I am also getting aching in my legs (not the sciatica that I used to get), which is causing sleep problems. Is this all due to the cervical spondylosis? I also get strong stiffening / spasms, particularly in the morning in both legs and feet, causing my legs to bend slightly and my feet (especially right foot) to twist inwards.
