I'm a healthy 25 year old female. I have been experiencing breast soreness (tenderness) for the past 2 days. I'm in the middle of my cycle, so I know it isn't PMS. The last time I experienced this was when I was dating a guy I was really attracted to and we were serious enough to be discussing marriage. It went on for a few weeks until we broke up. Now, a year and a half later, I am very serious with a different guy that I'm really attracted to. I'm totally abstinent from sex and always have been. Could this tenderness be the result of a hormonal surge or unfulfilled sexual desire?
