Could Parkinson Lead To Continuous Talking?

I currently have my 73 year old father-in-law staying with us as he has Parkinsons; he lives abroad usually but has recently struggled to take good care of himself due to a series of panic attacks and unexplained seizures. We have now stabilised and are supervising his medication intake as we feel this is one of the main contributors to his recent decline. He has also lost a considerable amount of weight as he has not been able to make himself meals; we are now addressing this also. He is on a series of medication, some for parkinsons, patches for confusion symptoms and also a tablet to take as soon as he is beginning with a panic attack. His shaking has become more constant/fluid and his head is moving much more since we saw him two months ago. This is just a back ground really, my main question is around his constant talking - He is talking constantly, which is great to a point but he continues when we have to leave the room and even the house - I work from home and as such am a whole floor away, my partner has gone out and I can still here him talking. The talking is not in a conversational style, it is just a continual flow - all of the speech is fluent and making sense - is this related to anxiety, a possible side effect of the medication or related to the Parkinsons itself?
