Could I Have More Blockage At The End Of Larger Coronary Vessels Even With Normal Echo Stress Ad EKG?

I have had heart cath 5 yrs ago which showed some blockage in small vessels at end of Larger Conary vessels. Was given liquid spray nitro for angina. Within last 3 months have had Eco stress and EKG both normal. Last week had severe pain in lower part of chest about 3" below breast. Felt like a cramp one get in calf. Lasted about 10 min. Did 2 sprays of Nitro before it went away. It doubled me over and I threw up. My question is could I have more blockage even though the Eco stress and EKG recently dine were normal?

Dear Friend
Welcome to Health care magic. I am Dr Charu , I will shortly try to help you with my opinion.
If you have any high risk factor for heart disease , like Diabetes , Hypertension , advancing age , smoking , you are at risk of Myocardial infarction.
However , if Stress test and ECG are normal , indication for Angiography is not there.
Get your investgations like Lipid Profile , Blood Sugars , Serum Creatinine.
Discuss with your doctor regarding adding Aspirin and Atorvastatin to your prescription , if you have any risk factors for Heart Disease.
You may also get an angiography done to be sure.
Based on the available details, this is my best advice for you. You should discuss with your doctor and share my opinion , I am sure he/she will agree to my opinion.
Good Luck.
