All of your symptoms can be found in early pregnancy but they also have many other causes. You certainly may have conceived, but the only way to know for sure is to do a pregnancy test if you miss your period. Having a lot of sex can also give you a urinary tract infection that can cause blood in your urine, pelvic pain and cramps.
I suggest you wait until your next real period is due and if it skips or is not normal, do a pregnancy test. If in the meantime if you have further pain in your pelvis and you start to develop frequent urination or back pain, I encourage you to see a doctor to test your urine for infection.
I hope this helps to answer your question and that my advice was helpful.
Best wishes, Dr. Brown
