Cough, Muscle Pain, Nausea, Vomiting. Diagnosed As Typhoid. Condom Broke, Sex With Prostitute. Negative For HIV Test
im 22 from men from kampala , i had an protected sex with one prosititute but suddenly the condom broke , and i change it with a new one , but after two weeks i feel ill, like cough, musle pain , nausea , vomiting , and i did check to in some clinic they told me it was typhoid , and lastly i did check for hiv in at 12 weeks the test was negative , but still i feel ill , wat could be the reason

It may be a coincidence that you have these symptoms. You also got tested for H.I.V, it is also negative. So don't worry, Still if you doubt you can get it checked for after 2 months.
First of all you use medicines for typhoid, and convalasence.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and protein rich foods.

Feeling of ill is most likely due to stress,anxiety after sex.
There are always risk of STD during sex with prostitute.
Try to avoid sex with prostitute.
Your symptoms suggests typhoid fever but confirm it by investigations like
cbc,urine,S.widal and typhidot .
Strat treatment for it like cefixime,ofloxacin. It will also cover std.
Other supportive treatment nsaid,rebeprazole/pentoprazole with domperidone is advisable.
B12,folic acid,lactobacillus will be helpful.
Consult your family physician for better medical management.
