Cough, Cracked Lips, Flaky Skin, Tears In Eyes And Throat Problems. What Could This Be?

Hi, so I've had a cough for almost the past four weeks. I've also had my lips chapped, the corners are cracked and white from the flaking skin and not enough aquaphor in the world could fix it. My cough is not a lot though, it just happens a few times a day and it feels like my throat is going to close up when I do and my eyes tear up. Help!

HI,
*The cough you have seems to be dry & hacking, making you stressed while coughing,& tearing.
* The long lasting coughs without fever/sputum are mostly allergic in origin.
- A blood check up for TLC/DLC would make the picture clear.
- long standing coughs some times need X ray chest ,to exclude few complications
Your doctor may ask for these, to enable him for prescribing suitable medicines.
* The cracked lips & corners of lips are mostly due to dry/cold weather.Application of lip balm mixed with antibiotic skin cream frequently, should treat it.Addition of vitamin B complex ( for cracked corners) , vitamin A & E capsules would help.
Thanks
