Continuous Arm Pain Followed By Breathing Difficulty, Dizziness, Headache, Blurred Vision, Hot Flashes. Why Am I Facing This?

Hello I am 29 years old, slender 5ft5. Being feeling pain at left arm for couple of weeks now added to that absolutely breathless and dizzy. To the point I struggle to do 5 steps on staircase. Head is hurt as in a clamp and blurred vision . Also breathless if sitting, so concerned. Feel hot and bothered. Irritable to say the least as I never get sick. I am wondering what it might be. Your symptoms are very worrying and I would seek medical help urgently. Your symptoms of left are pain breathlessness and dizziness are suggestive of a heart problem.
