Constant vision loss, dizziness. Could lack of sleep or bad nutrition be the cause ?

Hi,

am a 19 year old girl.I constantly have vision loss and feel very dizzy when I stand up or just standing.I use to think it was becuase of lack of sleep or bad nutrition,but its just the same symptoms often.I also feel weak and tired most of the time.

Hello,
It seems from the history that you are having dizziness and constant black outs of vision. Poor nutrition, lack of sleep hypoglycemia, hypovolemia are the common causes in this young age.
However we have to rule out transient ischemic attack caused by deficient blood supply to brain.
Just correct your nutrition and sleep related problems, if the attacks of dizziness wont subside then you require evaluation to rule out tranisent ischemic attack as a cause.
