General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be due to infection of the GI tract. Constipation would have increased the intensity of the pain. It appears the the hit has caused the gastric pain.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI for diagnosis. Thank you.
