Colon Cancer, A White Spot Showed Up. Surgery, Chemo Done. Anything To Worry?

my son has had stage 4 colon cancer 4 years ago, had surgery, chemo . everything has been okay but, 2 years ago a small spot showed up at 1.7 cm it is now 2.0 cm 2 years later. nothing else show up anywhere in the body.
He was give 4 to 6 months 4 years ago. with a spot that small what do you think would be his time.

This is very good new that he survived so many years in stage 4. I dont thnik that white spot is related to colon cancer but it should be evaluated by specialist and sent to patohistologic analysis. i am sure this is not malignant and he should only do frequent follow up with colonoscopise and pet ct scan from time to time.
