Cold, Fever, Sore Throat, Itchy Rash On Neck, Headache, Nausea, Orange Mucus. What Could Be This?
I caught cold a couple of weeks ago and had temperature, sore throat, stuffed nose and headache.
I also have read itchy rash on front of my neck.
it got better in about 10 days but I have terrible headache (more like back of my eyes), orange mucus when blowing nose, nauseous and lightheaded feeling or dizziness.
3 days ago, I was shaky, sweaty, weak and nauseous since the morning and couldn't function all day at all.
throw up twice (didn't eat anything so vomited stomach acid and water I drank)
I got better in 2 days and able to function normally but still have rash, headache, light dizziness, orange mucus.
my doctor thinks its virus and I just wait and see as I have no fever or anything.
but I have a feeling it's not cold but something else?

As you have
Cold, fever, sore throat, itchy rash on neck, headache, nausea, orange mucus it suggest the Acute rhinosinusitis , for better diagnosis please consult the ENT specialist for further management by proper diagnosis ( X Ray PNS etc ) and proper treatment( Antibiotic,analgesic, antipyretics, nasal douch etc).

I have gone through your query regarding cold, fever, sore throat,itchy rash on neck, headache, nausea and orange mucus in spitting.
Your all above features are in favor of Acute respiratory tract infection with dyspepsia as most of the time found in cases of viral fever.
You are advice to take-
(a) Tab Paracetamol.
(b) Tab Rabeprazole With domperidone.
(c) Tab Cetrizine.
(d) Mucolytic cough syrup.
