Clogged Hearing In Left Ear, Popping Sound When Head Is Tilted. Ear Wax?

Hi, Last night while I was sleeping I heard this pop in my left ear I didnt mind it but when I woke up my hearing in my left ear was clogged but I can still here just not much, then when I tild my head it always creat a crackling/popping sound. I'm thinking its an ear weax again because when I was a Kid I also had a big ear wax and when to an ENT specialist and gave me some drops after a week he got rid of it. But im still not sure. What do you think?

Hi,

Nothing much can be said with the description given by you; but yes, ear wax could me the most probable reason as you do not have any other associated symptoms. Again, even if it is wax, you need to visit an ENT for confirmation and also for getting it removed. Do not poke into your ear as it could further push the wax inside and also cause injury to other structures.

Sreenivasan
