Chronic Swollen Lymph Nodes, Cervical Nodes, Have Fever, Allergy, Itching, Tightening In Abdomen. Done US. Is It Thyroid Related?

I have had chronic swollen lymph nodes for the past 2 years. They are big but not huge and all in front of my next are hard and palpable. I have recently started having pain in the back of my neck and the cervical nodes are hard and enlarged. I am very very tired all the time and sweat constantly. I have lost from 153 to 138 in 4 months. I have strange tightening pressure on my upper left quadrant of my abdomen. Sporadically I itch all over for absolutely no reason at all! I recently got insurance and my bloodwork is within normal limits. I am running a low grade fever everyday and allergy meds, antibiotics nothing helps. My doctor thought it was my thyroid but of course the panel was normal, I go for an ultrasound of mylymphs and thyroid on Friday. When I try to explain the itching to my doctor she wants to see when it happens but it is very unpredictable and she is looking at me like I'm nuts cause there is literally nothing there it feels like little bugs in my skin biting me but no evidence on outside. I am very scared especially since this has been 2 years because of lack of ins and money. The ones in front don't stick out really far but I look like I have a double chin and in 5`7 and 138 pounds. It is becoming very tight and hard to swalloaw and I have ear and severe neck pain with headaches of and on. I also have extremely horrible jaw pain which I have tried to blame on tmj but can feel the nodes in my jaws. I have also started breaking out in shingles every 2 months like clockwork. What is the possibility this is lymphoma and please suggest some other things it could possibly be because I cannot find any? Please help I'm terrified and in the dark.

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Cervical lymphadenopathy is a sign or a symptom, not a disease itself.
The causes are varied, and may be inflammatory, degenerative, or neoplastic.

i would come up with the possibility of TUBERCULOSIS is most fit your condition.significant constitutional disturbance and evidence of associated tuberculosis is usually lacking.

confirm with chest x-ray,FNAC for affected lymph node;histology revealing caseating granuloma.

I hope this is helpful for you, wishing you good health.

thank you
