Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

You seem to be having severe problems with opioid dependence and your doctors have dismissed you for asking them to prescribe you more medications than they think you need. I think you need to visit with a substance abuse specialist to take care of your chronic addiction problems and let them know that you are also in pain so they can also prescribe you pain medications while taking you off of mscontin and any other such medications. It would be better to remain admitted in a hospital. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day !
