Hello and thank you for your question.
We do help on this site. We don't do all questions for money. He possibly could have an abrasion within his urethra that is causing pain, inflammation and burning. This typically will pass on it's own in a few days. I would recommend keeping him well hydrated with water, cranberry juice (organic or without sugar added/not from concentrate) with some lemon/lime juice from fresh fruit in it. Drink several of these a day to keep the body flushing the kidneys and urinary tract.

Other things he could have done is got soap or another product in the urethra that can also cause pain.

Regards.
