As you mentioned that your whole family was sick with a stomach bug and then got better and now your daughter has started to run a fever alongwith stomachache. Since she goes to school, she is more susceptible to getting new infections. Look for other symptoms like pain in her throat or if her urine is foul smelling or pain with urination. If she is having fever which is continuous, you should have her evaluated by her pediatrician and if he feels the need he can order tests to rule out strep throat or a urinary tract infection since these can also cause stomach to hurt.
