Child Having No Warnings Of Urination And Sudden Diarrhea After Accident. How To Rectify?

My son is 3 years old, he's had two accidents in the last week where he seems he's had no warning that he had to go to the bathroom, just diarrhea out of no where. This last incident smelled exactly like rotting dead fish, what is the cause of this as I have never heard of such a thing

Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
Some children learn control of bladder and bowel bit late.
GIve flagyl syrup 2 times daily for 5-7 days.
Sporolac one sachet daily.
Give neopeptine drops for proper digestion.
Give plenty of fluids orally.
Give more of fiber containing and high residue diets.
This will improve matter s within 2-3 weeks.
If no improvement consult pediatrician.
