Hi piyanki paul,
I am really concerned that your child is suffering from constipation. Constipation can often be a really frystrating problem. Usually constipation occurs due to high fat and low fiber diet. some common causes are,
1. taking too much of milk and milk based products.
2. not eating lot of fruits and vegetables
3.take less amount of fluids water, juices especially during summer.
So correct the above problems by following ways
1. restrict milk intake and giving other food items
2. fresh fruits along with skin peels like apple, grapes, pomegranates with seeds. Avoid filtered juices, water containing fruits like water melon.
3.legumes and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, vegetable soups
4.whole wheat products
Try toilet training twice a day. They start getting trained from now. It might take months to show improvement. You can take laxatives like livoluc for few days but change in diet is the only solution.

Add fiber to your childs diet. She will be alright. Take care.
