Child Has Stomach Ache, Not Eating, Lethargic, Had Bowel Movement

my son is 6yrs old 4 3 89 pounds he is complaining of a belly ache and says it hurts on the right side of his belly he wont eat wont drink and says he had a bowl movement and he is very lethargic. he put him self to bed at 230pm today. he is a very active boy always. this is far from his normal. he drank one glass of water today and thats it he will not get out of bed.

Thanks for query.
Abdomen pain can be because of intestinal infection.give him some antispasmodic for pain relief.give him fluids at regular intervals.watch his activity and if he continues to have pain and remain lethargic take him to pediatrician for evaluation.

i think your son is suffering from GIT infection.
you can use dicyclomine 10 mg half tablet thrice daily .
metonidazole plus furazolidone combination tablet ,half tablet thrice daily for 3-5 days.
give him water with oral rehydration solution.
