Child Has Runny Nose, Headache, Vision Problems, Stomach Ache. Not Eating. Should I Be Concerned?

My child is 6 years old and for the last 2 weeks has had a runny nose , no other symptoms, until yesterday. He complained of a headache and vision problems at school, as well as a stomach ache, and immeadiately went to sleep for 3 hrs after he got home. Didn t eat much dinner and went to bed about an hr after me waking him up for dinner. He s usually always on the go and hungry as a horse. should I be concerned?
