Child Has Redness And Swelling In Toe. No Open Sores. Injury?
My daughter went hiking (10 yr old) Complained that big toe bothered her Was a little red on side Then the next day (mainly at night for the next 2 nights) she moaned in pain red, swollen, mostly on inside (tibial) side of toe Could she have injured it and not known it She said she didn t hurt it Had some sand spurs in the foot No open sores

it seems your daughter had some local injury over the toe.you can apply some pain killer gels to lower the pain in that area.get an expert consultation at the earliest so that if there is any injury thn it can be managed at the earliest.
