Child Has Headache, Fever, Weakness. Taken Panadol And Neurofen. Should We Let Her Sleep?

HI, My 9 year old daughter woke with a headache , which after another hr sleep went away, no other symptons. I picked her up from drama with serve headache and 38.5 temperature, she is weak and flushed. I have given her panadol and neurofen and the temperature in 30min dropped to 38.2, should I let her sleep, keep monitoring her or take her to hospital? If no hospital trip now, what are extreme conditions that a trip is warrented. Thanks
