Child Has TB, Prescribed Forecox. How Long Should It Be Taken?
hi docter my son is 13 yrs old and is diagnosed with tb and dr diagnosed with tb and suggested forecox tab twice a day for how much period it is to be taken.test done afb neg.monto neg, mri & CECT normal.basically he is having a continuous fever internally since six month

The duration of anti tubercular therapy depends on the organ involvement. In certain cases like where the central nervous system is involved prolonged duration of therapy is given. Certain cases only six months course is given.
