Child Fell And Hit Her Front Head. Have Headache, Nausea. Gave Tylenol. She Threw Up. Emergency?

Hi, my 6 years old daughter fell and hit her head on the front. She started complaining of headache and nausea. I gave her Tylenol and couple hours later she threw up once. It's been 4 hours since the fall and she is sleeping now, it's 12am here. I wanna know if I should take her to the ER immediately, or I can wait until tomorrow and see if she has any other symptoms. Thank you.
