Child Cutting Teeth, Runny Nose, No Fever. Associated With Teeth?

I have a 14 month old that is cutting teeth . Up until this point he has been quite calm with cutting all of his teeth (he has 8 completely through and the eye and stomach teeth have broken the skin but are not all the way through. He had a rough night last night - waking every 20-30 min crying and has a runny nose . No fever , no sickness --- just wondering if this is associated with the teeth?? Or could he be having symptoms of a common cold or allergies?

hi, it is more likely to be some allergy or onset of viral infection.Teething may cause some pain but not running nose! Usually a blocked nose at night causes lot of discomfort in children and difficulty in sleeping.
