Child. Fever, Chills, Feeling Cold. History Of Swimming In Very Cold Pool. Can Tylenol Be Given?

We took our daughter to upstate ny and the kids went swimming in a kiddie pool. The water was pretty cold but they acted as if it was no big deal. We let them play. It was very hot out. Now it's 3 days later and our 2 ur old has a 102 fever, chills, shakes, and keeps complaining she is cold. Is Tylenol all I should give her? Can there be something else wrong than a common cold? Should I take her to the pediatrician?
