hi doctor . I would love to know the side effects of Lorinase . My daughter is three years old . She has a cough . The doctor prescribed Lorinase for her . Now , she has some sleeping difficulties . When she falls a sleep , she suddenly wakes up , screams and even gets off the bed . It is worth mentioning that she is epileptic . She has been on Kepra , Depakine , and Rivotril . She started taking Topamax ( tablets ) three weeks ago .

Your query ,you want to know the side effects of Lorinase (loratadine ).
Side effects are ,
fatigue,giddiness, dizziness,dry mouth, nausea,somnolence.
The drug should be taken after special precaution who have , severe hepatic damage, EPILEPSY, renal insufficiency .
Sudden screams may be due to dry mouth (lorinase).
Kepra (llevetiracetam ) side effect is emotional instability ( beside others).
Consult your treating doctor and get his opinion.
