I have been chewing smokeless tobacco for about 2 1/2 maybe 3 years ag the most and i just got little white spots under my bottom teath and pimple like little bumps on my throat and 1 under My tongue . Doctor said it looked like strep throat but i m not sure because i ve been taking antibiotics for a couple days and it doesn t seem to make my throat feel much better.
