Chest Pain Which Is Increasing While Bending Down And Jaw Pain. Is This Cardiac Problem?

hi,
ive had mild chest pain for a while now, gets worse sometimes. Lately, the pain is becoming unbearable when i bend down or raise my left arm. And gets numb. And i started to get more tired during aerobics class more than ever. Today the pain is too much and isnt getting better although i rested on my bed the whole day. I also have left jaw pain but im not sure if its cardiac related or just a result of my wisdom tooth extraction that i did 2 months ago
