Causes for chest pain can originate from heart, lung, esophagus or stomach. Right sided chest pain can be due to gall bladder disease, liver disease, or lung disease. If the pain increases due to movement of the chest cavity, then an injury to the chest cavity or any pathology of the lung is a possibility. To confirm it you have to get a physical examination.
