Chest Pain After An Injury. Pinching Pain When Bending And Breathing. What Is It?

I got hit really hard in my chest that knoked me down onto tile flooring. My chest began to hurt upon waking up in the morning around the entire left breast . The pain is a constant tight pinching and now right above the left breast when i move, bend, reach and breath? This took place 2 days ago and the pain has not subsided? What could it be?
