Chances Of Conceiving Based On The Follicular Report Attached?

my follicular report says following....kindly tell me how are my chances to conceive? uterus : anterverted. measures : 7.0x 3.0x 4.0 cm homegenenous echo pattern, no focal lesion. Cervix : 3.0 cm long with homogenous echo pattern, no focal lesion ovaries : average sized with homogenous echo pattern. no obvious adnexal mass day 14th : endometrial thickness 8mm, largest follicles in right ovary 17mm, largest follicles in left ovary: 13mm, pod fluid: no day 16th : endometrial thickness 10mm, largest follicles in right ovary : 23 mm,largest follicles in left ovary : 12mm,pod fluid: no kindly tell me how are my chances to get pregnant

The given ultrasound report is perfectly normal and nothing abnormal there to suggest an infertility related issues. If you fail to conceive, better to consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated.
