Cellulitis Infection, On Antibiotics. Should I Keep Warm Cloth Or Cold Dressin G?

hi i have a cellulitis infection and im currently on antibiotics . i went to a walk in clinic .doctor said to keep a warm cloth on it because he said it will help drain out the bacteria and bring it out into like pimples on my skin but not to pop them... and i looked online on different websites and says to use cold wet steral dressing? or should i do both?

Thanks for query,
Cellulitis is an inflammation of lining of skin cells.By keeping it warmth the inflammation may aggravate.
Don't put any type of dressing on it.
Just elevate the part, take antibiotics,along with anti inflammatory medicine.
