OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The feeling of being sick, anxious, short-tempered, etc are all associated with the mood changes seen after menopause. These can improve with mind and body relaxation exercises like deep breathing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
