Cause For Dry Skin Around The Mouth After Face Wash Wash?

I am having a problem .When I wash my face in the morning around my mouth get white and dry it look like I have a disease I am scared. My vagina also hitches me a lot and when I pee and wipe I the tissue feel as hard as a rock. something is happening with y system and I think i caught something from a man that molested me 3 4 years back. I went to the doctor I didn t share what happen just had a regular check up but feel sometnhing is changing in my body its scary.

Hi,

It may be xerosis on face and vulvovaginitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend blood tests to detect any vitamin deficiency like vitamin B12, and vitamin D. Routine blood tests fo Hb,CBC,ESR,CRP..etc and tests for thyroid function may be done. For face lesion apply mild steroid with moisturiser and for vaginal problem,take antifungal like ketoconazole tab for two weeks. Consult the physician for any internal ailment,if found after investigations.
