Can You Explain My X-ray Reults?

Can you please explain my x-ray results: The lungs are clear, the trachea is in the midline, the heart is not enlarged transversely, the hemidiaphragms are smooth, the costhrophenic sulci are intact, the rest of the visualized soft and osseous structures are unremarkable..thank you..

You have absolutely normal findings.
Both lung fields are clear.
Trachea is in midline.
Cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limit.
Both CP angles are clear.
Both hemidiaphragms are smooth.
Visualized soft and osseous structures are normal.
