Hi well come to HCM.
Diltiazem is calcium channel blocker drug usually used for coronary heart disease in
angina,to control BP,and to reduce heart rate.RBBB-rt bundle branch block many times
associated with bouts of SVT[supra ventricular tachy cardia]. So it may be used to
prevent attacks of SVT.It cannot cure RBBB.Thanks
